- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup organic coconut flour
- 1/2 cup organic raw cacao
- 1/3 cup sweetener of your choice (apple juice concentrate, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk (preferably plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 teaspoons peanut butter
Healthy Cocoa Cookie Recipe
- We heat our oven to 165 degrees.
- We mix the chia seeds with 4 tablespoons of water in a glass and leave it to stand.
- In a bowl, we mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and sweetener.
- In another bowl, we mix the oil, milk and vanilla extract.
- Add the liquid mixture to the powder mixture together with the gelatinized chia and mix well, then knead to obtain a dough.
- For each cookie, we roll a tablespoonful of dough in our hands and shape it.
