- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- 3 spring onions
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 handful of pomegranate pulp
- 1 handful of walnuts
How to Make Quinoa Tabbouleh?
- After washing the quinoa in water, we cook it with 1 glass of water.
