- We mix the milk, sweetener and yeast, add mineral water, olive oil and curd cheese to our mixture, and slowly add our flours to our mixture.
- When it reaches the consistency of dough, we cover our bowl with stretch wrap and leave it at room temperature for 40 minutes so that it can ferment.
- We divide our fermented dough into small pieces (15-16 pieces) and place them on wax paper with some space between them.
- Brush the top with egg yolk and decorate with sesame seeds or black cumin seeds.
- We leave it to ferment for another 25-30 minutes.
- We bake it in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for about 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.
