  • 5 tea glasses of quinoa flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1/2 tea glass of yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Quinoa Flour Pastry?

  • Mix all ingredients except 1 egg yolk and cheese in a bowl.
  • When it becomes a dough, knead it with your hands and make it homogeneous.
  • Open a tablespoon of dough in your palm, create a well in the middle and close it by placing a finger of cheese mixture in the middle.
  • Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. (We got 10-12 pastries from this recipe.)
  • Brush the other egg yolk over the pastries.
  • Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
