Tips for Cocoa Banana Cake Without White Flour
- Having all ingredients at room temperature will affect your cake's ability to bake properly and to have a fluffy and soft consistency.
- Before you start making the cake, bring it to 180 degrees and start heating it. Cakes baked in a hot oven turn into voluminous, textured, well-baked cakes.
- Make sure to bake your cake in a program without a fan.
- Place the oven rack on the middle counter. Do not open the oven door constantly, this will cause the oven to lose heat.
- To check if your cake is well cooked, insert a toothpick, not a knife or spoon. If the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is cooked.
- Let your cake rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Its consistency will settle as it cools. When it loses its initial heat, remove it from the mold and let it cool. When its temperature returns to normal, you can slice and serve.
