How to Make Gluten-Free Tiramisu?
- Beat the egg and grape extract with a bain-marie technique (the process of slowly cooking the food in the steam of the water below by placing the container in another container full of boiling water) with a wire whisk for about 3 minutes. In the meantime, the egg is cooked. Remove from the stove.
- Add the fresh cheese and coconut milk, beat for about 1 minute and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
- In the meantime, cook your oatmeal. Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for about 10 minutes (until the oatmeal thickens).
- Then transfer to serving bowls as one porridge and one cream.
- Serve after it has cooled. Enjoy your meal.
Tips for Oatmeal Tiramisu
- When cooking eggs using the bain-marie technique, you should whisk them well. Otherwise, your cream will be lumpy.
- To get the full flavor of your prepared tiramisu, we recommend that it rests and cools in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours.
We used fresh cheese in the tiramisu cream; you can also use mascarpone cheese or labneh cheese if you wish. We used oats in the tiramisu layer; you can also choose biscuits, cake or ladyfinger. If you want to use fruit in between, banana tiramisu sounds nice."
