Ingredients Needed for Gluten-Free Lentil Meatballs:

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1/2 scoop Organic Clove Herb Powder
  • 1 medium onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons tomato/pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon organic black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic sweet paprika powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons of organic chili pepper

How to Make Gluten-Free Lentil Meatballs?

  • Wash the red lentils under running water, then put them in a pot. Add 2 cups of water and cook over low heat until they become a puree.
  • In the meantime, let's chop our onions and greens finely.
  • Let's add olive oil to the pan, add onion and tomato paste and fry lightly.
  • After the lentils are cooked, add the onion-tomato sauce and psyllium and mix well. Let it cool to room temperature.
