  • Boil the quinoa with a pinch of black pepper, red pepper powder, turmeric, salt and two crushed garlic cloves in a pot with 1 to 2 drinking water for 15 minutes, mix gently and let it sit for 6 minutes.

  • Put the chia seeds in a mortar and pound them until they become flour.

  • Place the resulting burger between the bread slices.

  • Soak the quinoa seeds in water for about an hour before boiling.
