  • 350 ml water ⠀
  • 6 tablespoons of organic olive oil⠀
  • 1 tablespoon molasses⠀
  • 350 gr.organic raw buckwheat flour
  • 18 gr. organic psyllium (peanut plant powder)
  • 1/4 cup organic oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds⠀
  • 1/2 cup walnuts⠀
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds⠀
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds⠀
  • 1 pack of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Homemade, Easy and Gluten-Free Bread?

  • Mix liquid ingredients.
  • Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
  • Bring it together and mix it well with a spatula or knead it with a glove.
  • Line a 26x12 rectangular mold with baking paper, leaving no gaps and not too loose.
  • Wet your hands, press the bread dough and spread it into the mold.
  • Sprinkle sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Remember to check as it will vary from oven to oven.
  • After removing it from the oven, wait at least 1.5 hours until it reaches room temperature and slice it after it has cooled completely.
