Homemade, Gluten-Free, Yeast-Free Bread Recipe

almond flour and
quinoa flour for the dough of the bread, so we will also obtain

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup organic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- A handful of walnuts
- 1/4 cup water
How to Make Gluten-Free Homemade Quinoa and Almond Bread
- We pour chia into 1/2 glass of water, mix it for a long time, put it in the refrigerator overnight and let it wait until the morning.
- We mix it thoroughly in the blender with all the other ingredients and obtain the dough we need.
- We heat our oven at 160 degrees.
- We line our cake mould with baking paper and pour the entire mixture into it;
- We keep it in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. We always check it as it can vary from oven to oven.
- After the time is up, we take our bread out of the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- After it cools down, we take the homemade bread out of its container and store it in the refrigerator.
What other ingredients can be added to the Gluten-Free Homemade Bread Recipe?
- You can also use raw buckwheat flour or whole oat flour for a similar gluten-free bread.
- For a different bread, you can add 1/8 cup pitted and chopped black olives and 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary or sage to the dough of this recipe.
