- 2 dates

- 3 tablespoons of sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean

How to Make Cocoa Avocado Mousse?
Preparation of the Base:
- Soak cashews and raw almonds in water overnight.
- The next day, peel the almonds.
- Remove the pits from the dates that have been soaked in warm water for 15 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in the mixer.
- Give the desired shape on the wax paper.
- Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approximately 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- After cooking, leave them uncovered to cool and harden.

- Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in 1/4 cup hot water until they soften.
