- 1 glass of plant milk
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons organic coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons organic coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Forest fruits, crushed walnuts, 75% cocoa organic raw melted chocolate for topping
How to Make Gluten-Free Dessert Crepes?
- Mix eggs, milk, coconut flour, coconut oil, vanilla, and spices in a bowl.
- Pour 1/2 spoon of coconut oil onto the pan on the fire and pour 1/4 of the mixture on top and spread well.
- When the edges of the crepe start to take on colour in the first few minutes, turn it over and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until it turns light brown.
