- 1 carrot

- 3 spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch of dill
- 2 tablespoons of organic olive oil
How to Make Quinoa and Vegetable Patties?
- We grate the zucchini and carrots and combine them.
- We squeeze the juice of this mixture and put the pulp into the pan.
- We chop the onion, parsley and dill finely.
- We also add our onion mixture to the pan.
- We fry it for 15 minutes on medium heat with a little oil.
- When it cools down, add organic quinoa, quinoa flour, egg and salt and mix well.
- We roll the mixture in our hands, place it on the tray and press it lightly.
- We bake it in the oven at 150 degrees until it turns golden brown (about 40 minutes).

- Use organic quinoa seeds after washing them in plenty of water to remove their natural bitter taste.
