  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • Salt

How to Make Homemade Quinoa Muffins?

  • After washing the dill and parsley, remove the stems and chop them finely. You will have a total of 1 cup of chopped greens.
  • Beat the eggs and add 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • Add all ingredients except greens and cheese into your bowl.
